Also known as the black gold of gastronomy for its preciousness, the Balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI (the Italian name is Aceto balsamico) is one of the most extraordinary products of our tradition. Dense, impenetrable to light, it releases in the mouth an explosion of intense and refined flavors at the same time. Hints of ripe fruit, toasting ... a crescendo of taste that embellishes each dish making it unique. Selected from small batches of production and left to age for a minimum period of 12 months. Excellent on grilled fish or meat. To be tried on aged grana cheeses, it can almost be defined as a meditation dressing.
