Truffles in all forms: black truffles in brine, truffle carpaccio, truffle sauce ... but also the typical sauces of the Tuscan tradition to season first courses or to prepare delicious croutons. For those who love simplicity there are tomato-based sauces, fresh and genuine as homemade: spicy Pomarola, with vegetables, tomato pulp. We also offer pesto in many variations: ricotta and walnuts, spicy with tomatoes and the classic one with basil.
